FAQs 🪩

  • Our ceremony is a Catholic Mass and will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. We recommend arriving by 5:45 PM to allow time for parking and seating. Just a heads-up: there’s a Hamilton performance starting nearby at 7:30 PM, so planning ahead will help you avoid traffic and ensure you don’t miss a moment. The Mass will last about an hour.

  • The dress code is black tie invited. Men are welcome to wear dark suits, and women are encouraged to wear long dresses or evening attire. Please reserve white for the bride. The wedding party will be in navy, so feel free to choose colors that work well with that palette. We’ll be dancing—comfortable shoes encouraged!

  • Please respond by mailing back the RSVP card included with your invitation. We’d love to receive your reply by December 1.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends. If your invitation includes a guest, their name will be listed. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend solo. Thank you for understanding and for being part of our day.

  • We love your little ones, but the reception will be adults only.

  • Please indicate any dietary needs on your RSVP card so we can make arrangements.

GUEST INFORMATION

ACCESSIBILITY

  • Yes, both the church and the Cincinnati Club have accessible entrances with ramps. If you’d like to request a wheelchair on the day of the ceremony, event staff will be available to help.

    • The church does not have its own parking lot, but guests can use a paid lot next door or find surface and street parking nearby.

    • For the reception, parking is free at the Cincinnati Club Garage (13 W 9th St, Cincinnati, OH 45202). Use any level and take the stairs to 5A, where you'll find the entrance to the Cincinnati Club. There will be an attendant at the door to validate your parking and direct you to the reception.

  • Transportation will not be provided. The church, hotel, and reception venue are all within a five-block radius. Rideshares like Uber and Lyft are easy to use in the area.

  • Yes, cars may be left overnight at the Cincinnati Club garage. Parking is complimentary at the Cincinnati Club for the reception.  You will be charged for overnight parking once the reception ends.

TRANSPORTATION & PARKING

  • The bride, groom, and their families will be staying at TownePlace Suites by Marriott, located a block from the Cincinnati Club. Breakfast is included, and we’ll gather with hotel guests the morning after the wedding for breakfast together. It’s a relaxed chance to spend a little more time together, share stories from the night before, and say goodbye before everyone heads home.

  • Please reserve your hotel room as early as possible. If you don’t see availability, let us know—we can ask the hotel to release additional rooms in the block. Visit our hotel page for full details and booking links.

  • The closest airport is Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG).

  • Uber and Lyft are widely available and the easiest way to get between the airport and hotel.

  • The Cleveland Browns will be in town for their last game of the season the same weekend against the Bengals.  The game day/time has not been set yet.  It could be Saturday night or Sunday afternoon. This could mean increased traffic and limited hotel availability downtown. Please plan accordingly and book your accommodations early.

  • Absolutely! Bring your dancing shoes—we can’t wait to celebrate with you.

  • Yes, there will be a full open bar at the reception. The hotel is a short walk away for those staying nearby.
